Food Truck vendors are required to have all relevant licensing, insurance, and inspection statuses

Cooking oil is classified by the fire code as a Class IIIB combustible liquid unless otherwise determined by testing. Storage of combustible liquid shall not produce conditions that will create a nuisance or a hazard to the public health, safety or welfare.

Environmental precautions: Keep away from drains, surface, and ground water. Retain contaminated washing water and dispose of it.

You are responsible for the proper disposal of cooking grease. There will not be a location at the festival to dispose of cooking related waste.

Any disposal of hot ash needs to be separate from combustible materials and liquids and into a metal or non-combustible container.

There will not be power available. If power is required, you will need to use a generator that may or may not be inspected by a fire marshal the morning of the event.

There is a $300 fee to be a food truck vendor at the 2026 TriPride festival. We anticipate >10,000 people throughout the day and have allocated space for 10 food trucks. TriPride makes no guarantees to foot traffic or festival attendance.
